We are Sam Zimon a POP/EDM duo from Finland. Since we started in 2014 we’ve been working towards a career filled with music, because that’s what we love doing.

Our music has a unique international sound combining Sam’s “the producer” modern urban POP sound with Simon’s “the singer” emotional vocals.

We feel our energizing LIVE shows are a big part of our artistry and something no one has seen before.

At the time when Swedish House Mafia was topping the world charts in 2010, Sam bought his first set of studio equipment for his hard earnt summer cash from working in a store in Inkoo. Although music had always played a huge part in Sam’s life, this is when he started to find his own niche. Like the late Avicii, Sam thrives in his own company, by his computer, on a journey of discovery through the eternal soundscapes in hope to reach his dream: to find the perfect mix. It is possible that the extensive hours spent on the tennis courts in his earlier life had set him up for this, developing the dedication and morale he possesses today. “We both believe that nothing comes for free and words like ‘talent’ and ‘luck’ do not exist. You create your own life.”

The new direction Sam found in music later brought him to Turku and in to the study of Economics as he wanted to gain a deeper understanding of the industry. This is where Simon entered the picture. With Simon being a born entertainer and a lover of possessing centre stage, Simon’s extrovert personality is the polar opposite to Sam’s introvert. Despite this, they found a mutual ground in ethics, the love of music and a genuine care for one another, and as such, Sam Zimon was born.
